About Valor Veterans Village
Valor Veterans Village is a North Carolina-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ending veteran homelessness through permanent supportive housing, personalized case management, and comprehensive support services that help veterans achieve lasting stability and independence.
Valor Veterans Village serves military veterans experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity who meet eligibility requirements through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and local Coordinated Entry referral systems.
Residents receive permanent supportive housing, individualized case management, recovery planning, employment and educational assistance, financial literacy coaching, healthcare coordination, life skills training, and connections to community resources.
Veterans are referred through the VA, Coordinated Entry System (CES), community partners, and other approved agencies. Each applicant completes an eligibility screening and individualized assessment to ensure the program best meets their needs.
Individuals, businesses, foundations, and community organizations can support our mission through financial contributions, sponsorships, in-kind donations, volunteer service, and strategic partnerships that help expand opportunities for veterans.
Every donation directly supports the development of permanent supportive housing, critical support services, and resident programs that help veterans transition from homelessness to stability, independence, and renewed purpose.
Research consistently shows that permanent supportive housing is one of the most effective solutions to ending chronic homelessness. Yes. Valor Veterans Village is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. Donors will receive a receipt for their records.
